If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use MEBUS.

MEBUS is a business management application designed to help businesses organize customers, quotes, follow-ups, jobs, payment plans and collections within one connected workspace.

Features, functionality, availability and supported platforms may change over time as the service is developed and improved.

Certain MEBUS features require you to create and maintain an account.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except where such activity results from circumstances for which you are not legally responsible.

MEBUS allows users to create, enter, store and manage business information, including customer records, quotes, jobs, payment plans, collection records and related business information.

You are responsible for the information you enter into MEBUS and for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions and lawful basis to process and use that information.

You retain responsibility for your business records and the decisions you make based on information stored or displayed in MEBUS.

You may use MEBUS for lawful business and organizational purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not use MEBUS to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe the rights of another person or organization.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to MEBUS systems, accounts or data.
• Interfere with the security, availability or operation of the service.
• Introduce malicious code, automated abuse or harmful technical activity.
• Use the service for fraudulent, misleading or unlawful activities.

MEBUS may offer optional paid subscriptions or premium features. Subscription terms, available plans and applicable prices are presented through the relevant application marketplace or within the service before purchase.

Where a subscription automatically renews, it will continue to renew according to the terms displayed by the relevant marketplace unless cancelled through the applicable subscription management settings.

Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play may also be subject to the applicable marketplace terms, billing rules, refund policies and subscription procedures.

We aim to keep MEBUS available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue portions of the service when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, technical, commercial or operational reasons.

MEBUS may rely on third-party technology providers and platforms for services such as authentication, hosting, analytics, notifications, application distribution, subscription processing and other technical functionality.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

MEBUS, including its software, branding, logos, design, interfaces, text and other service elements, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited right to use MEBUS in accordance with these Terms, no ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to users.

MEBUS is a business organization and management tool. Information displayed or calculated within the application is provided to assist with business administration.

MEBUS does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial or other regulated professional advice. Users remain responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice where necessary.

You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of business records, amounts, payment schedules, quotes and other information entered into or generated through MEBUS before relying on them in business operations.

MEBUS does not guarantee that user-entered information is accurate, complete or suitable for any particular business purpose.

Access to MEBUS may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, security or legal compliance, including in cases of serious misuse or violation of these Terms.

You may stop using MEBUS at any time and may request deletion of your account in accordance with the account deletion process.

Your use of MEBUS is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used and protected.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MEBUS is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted or free from technical errors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer or other mandatory law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MEBUS and its operators will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising solely from the use or inability to use the service.

Any limitation in these Terms applies only to the extent legally permitted and does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to MEBUS, applicable requirements or our business practices.
